KELMAR & ASSOCIATES
Kelly and his staff of investigators work a variety of cases and he has developed several areas of expertise including nursing home abuse, surveillance, insurance investigations, computer investigations and corporate related investigations. Having worked more than 8,000 cases, Kelly has used his experience to write nine books, four training videos and a Internet Investigation software program. In addition, Kelly uses this expertise while teaching PI's at his school, "The PI Institute of Education." He is also the Deputy Director of the National Association of Investigators and Adjusters, which provides training to the PI and insurance industry. Kelly is a highly sought-after speaker, having been a guest speaker at more than 40 conventions and seminars in 1998 alone. He is often seen providing the industry with a good review of professional investigators on many national TV shows such as Real-TV, the Sally Show, Montel Show, Life-Camera-Action and many more.
Kelly is quick to point out that the Internet has been a great source of exposure and income. Through his web site, http://www.kelmarpi.com, he has acquired numerous cases including a new client that paid him more than $20,000 in a four month period. Kelly points out that being listed in the right sites is just as important as having a great web site and feels that his association with Lawinfo.com has made a dramatic impact in this area. Traveling is a large part of Kelly's life and business, having been in all parts of the world except Russia and Australia, and he indicates that the Internet has allowed him to travel while still being available for his clients and staff. Kelly was selected as the 1997-98 PI of the Year by the National Association of Investigative Specialists and the #1 PI in the U.S. by the PI Magazine (March 1998 issue). It is easy to see why he is making his mark on the PI industry.
